An operations manager is responsible for providing leadership for daily operations, which is tasked with overseeing day-to-day activities, such as making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions, outlining hiring procedures, reviewing administrative procedures, performing budgetary control, and negotiating contracts. Other job duties include evaluating business’ performance metrics, developing long term objectives and strategies to improve efficiency and searching for ways to streamline our company operations.
Responsibilities:
• Set strategic and operational objectives for the company and actively pursue these goals by
developing policies and plans
• Authorize the establishment of the key departments and related senior positions
• Oversee company's operational activities; distribute material, human and financial resources to
support quality operational leadership in a variety of department
• Perform financial and administrative controls to enhance and sustain the business's internal capacity
• Develop and approve promotional activities that encourage sales and brand awareness
• Responsible for high-level HR duties, choosing middle managers and attracting talent
• Coordinate the work of department; lead, motivate and support large team cross-functionally
• Build alliances and partnerships and acting on behalf of the company in negotiations or other official events.
