Responsibilities:

• Assist with construction tasks under supervision, including site prep, material handling, and structure assembly.
• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
• Assist equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities.
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Participate in interior and exterior finishings, ensuring high-quality completion.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
• Maintain clean and safe work sites, adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
