Job Description

Seeking an organized and dynamic individuals who are reliable, dependable, with good communication skills, ability to multi-task, goal setting skills, ability to work and lead the team under pressure.

Job Type

  • Full-time, Permanent

Salary

  •  $40,600 annually (paid bi-weekly-equivalent to $19.519 per hour)

Hours

  • 40 hrs per week

Duties and responsibilities

  • Address customer complaints promptly and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of necessary repairs, daily sales figures, and waste management.
  • Provide comprehensive training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.
  • Support administrative tasks such as paperwork, product ordering, and inventory control as required.
  • Implement and uphold service standards and operational protocols across all food and beverage services.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverages, maintaining daily checklists for accountability.
  • Supervise product preparation processes efficiently to meet daily demands while upholding quality standards.
  • Develop and manage work schedules, assigning tasks to staff members effectively.
  • Ensure full compliance with Tim Hortons policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any additional duties as necessary to support the smooth operation of the establishment.

Education

  • College diploma (Education in relevant trade is an asset)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Supervision/Management experience of at least 6 Months to 1 Year
  • Experience in same field is an asset
  • Must work mixed shifts depending upon the schedule

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible hours during, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong analytical and managing skills, ability to supervise 5-10 persons
  • A positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Must be able to work with a team and have a strong initiative.
  • Must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Physical requirements

  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Working in a hot kitchen environment
