Is looking for a Marketing and Sales coordinator responsible for assisting and coordinating marketing and sales efforts for the company. This position reports directly to the CEO and the Marketing Director, and works with multiple teams and departments to promote our Brand.

Job Description:
Display excellent communication & presentation skills with clients and peers.
Answer incoming calls and proactively assess customer needs.
Respond promptly to general inquiries through all channels and resolve them in a timely manner.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team.
Respond, engage and properly qualify inbound sales leads through all active Norseman affiliated channels (e.g Norseman Website, HomeStars, Houzz, social media, etc.
Build lead opportunities in our CRM System in accordance with Norseman Construction protocols, and ensure leads are appropriately assigned to the Construction Specialists.
Schedule bi-weekly meetings with the sales team to go over the leads.
Create branded materials and content including photos, videos and graphics, to post on various social media platforms.
Coordinate with the Project Coordinators for construction site photos and videos.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Prepare Marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.
Monitor marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Monitor the distribution of Norseman Signage for newly signed projects.
Organize flyer distribution.
Manage Norseman uniform distribution.
Manage the events and sponsorships where the company participates.
Actively pursue Marketing opportunities to showcase the Company in the community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Tiktok, LinkedIn), content creation, and basic graphic design to support the Marketing Team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and familiarity with marketing tools and CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Slack, BuilderTrend, Adobe, Meta, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic photography/ videography and editing skills.
This individual must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers, coworkers, vendors, and any third-party suppliers.
