Role Overview:
As the CEO of OMNICONSTRUCT ADVISORS INC., you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to the company. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, including business development, client relations, project management, financial management, and team leadership. You will play a key role in shaping the company's strategic goals, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs in line with OMNICONSTRUCT's mission and values.
Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective organizational structure and resource allocation.
Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement company policies and programs, including establishing financial and administrative controls.
Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to build a strong leadership team capable of executing the company's strategic vision.
Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and industry partners.
Skills Required:
Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide visionary leadership and set strategic direction for the company, aligning objectives with organizational mission and values to drive growth and success.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to formulate and approve policies, allocate resources, and establish financial and administrative controls to support effective operations and decision-making.
Team Building and Leadership: Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams, including selecting and developing middle managers, directors, and executive staff to execute strategic objectives and drive organizational success.
Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to represent the company effectively and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven track record of executive leadership in the construction or consulting industry.
Wages: 89 $ per hour
