Hours
Duties and responsibilities
- Checking the quality of beverages and food on timely manner and make daily checklist.
- Supervise the preparation of all products in an efficient manner to handle daily requirements and ensure all food prepared is of the highest quality.
- Perform paperwork duties and assist with product orders and inventory as needed.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that excellent level of services are being delivered to the customers.
- Maintain records of needed repairs, daily sales, and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Implement the service standards and operating procedures for all food and beverage services.
- Make work schedules and assist in assigning duties to work staff
- Comply with all Tim Hortons policies and procedures and rules and regulations.
- Other duties as required.
Education
- College diploma (Education in relevant trade is an asset)
Qualifications & Experience
- Supervision/Management experience of 6 Months to 1 Year
- Experience in same field is an asset
- Must work mixed shifts depending upon the schedule
