We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Teppanyaki Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Teppanyaki-style cooking, exceptional knife skills, and the ability to entertain guests while delivering high-quality dishes.

Requirement and Qualification
• Proven experience as a Teppanyaki Chef (minimum 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and Teppanyaki cooking techniques.
• Ability to perform live cooking demonstrations with entertainment elements.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in handling grill stations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Teppanyaki dishes in front of guests while ensuring high food quality.
• Provide an engaging and interactive dining experience with showmanship and excellent customer service.

• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
• Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
• Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
• Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
