Job Description

Lotus Restaurant is a local Richmond restaurant serving up specialty and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We offer a variety of Vietnamese dishes including Pho, vermicelli bowls & rice plates.

 

To assist our growing business, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Restaurant Manager.

We offer: C$35.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.

Work location: 4131 No 5 Rd, Richmond, BC Canada V6X 2T9

Language of work:  English

Number of positions: 1

Employment requirements:

  • Secondary School Completion.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, control, evaluate and report daily operations,
  • Select the services to be provided and put operational practices in place.
  • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices,
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to be delivered.
  • Coordinating and planning with clients for catering or facilities use.
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints and report to the employer.
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff.
  • Establish employee work schedules and monitor staff performance.
  • Ensure food service and quality control.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure compliance to all City health and safety regulations are followed.
