Location: Brampton, ON L6R 3S9
Salary: $ 35.25 hourly / 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Collect and screen applicants
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Actively involved in recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the internal and client’s hiring process
- Train (if required) new employees and develop training & development programs as per client need
- Solve employee’s grievances working on client side
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Prepare, request and document employee performance survey from clients.
- Helping managers decide on salaries to offer to new hires
- Deliver information and support services, including employee assistance, counseling, and recognition initiatives.
- Oversee as well as supervise clerical staff as they handle filing, typing, and recordkeeping tasks.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Typically, a CEGEP or college diploma is required.
- Candidates with relevant work experience of 2 to 3 years in the same or related field
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, candidate screening, and interviewing methods is essential.
- Understanding the specific job market and the skills and qualifications required for different positions helps in effectively sourcing and evaluating candidates.
- Strong organizational skills help in coordinating interviews, scheduling, and managing multiple candidates simultaneously.
