Duties:
• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, as well as greeting and assisting walk-in clients.
• Oversee and manage office administrative procedures
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
• Process payments for clients after treatments
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Introduce and explain the general steps of the consultation process to clients.
• Coordinate with medical staff and patients for special requests, pre-treatment arrangements and other relatedmatters.
• Assist patients with completing intake forms, medical history, and other related documents and records.
• Confidentially maintain the current client database information by reviewing daily online activity and relevantreports.
• Compile and record medical data, chart, correspondence, notes and reports.
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment such as Autoclave and ultrasonic dental instrument cleaners
• Process dental trays, dental instruments, orthodontic pliers to re-use in the patient care
• Taking extra-/intra-oral photographs.
