We are looking for a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate food service staff, ensuring efficient shift coverage.
Develop and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize operations.
Monitor stock levels, track repairs, record sales, and manage losses.
Uphold quality control, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Train staff on job responsibilities, customer service, and workplace safety.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Comfortable with walking during shifts.
Work Schedule: 40 hours or more per week Hourly Wage: $15.65
