Main Duties:

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs to drive revenue growth.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration and business expansion.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team, implementing best practices, leveraging technology and automation, and seeking feedback from stakeholders to enhance sales processes and performance.

 

Terms of Employment: Permanent

Wage: $39.74 Hourly for 30 hours per week

Benefits: Vacation pay of 4%

Education: Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in senior management.
