Job description:

Looking for retail supervisor for Esso/Circle K to manage our location at 6998 Rexwood Road Suite 4, Mississauga, ON L4T 4E6 ability to supervise 5-10 people with minimum experience of 1 year to less than 2 years.

Duties: 

1) Maintain Inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms

2) Order merchandise

3) Authorize return of merchandise

4) Establish work schedules

5) Sell merchandise

6) Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

7) Assign sales workers to duties

8) Organize and maintain inventory

9) Resolve problems that arise , such as customer complaints and supply shortages

10) Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

11) Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
