JOB DUTIES:
- Develop, review, update, and implement business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance, and new product development.
- Review financial statements and budgets to determine whether the company is operating efficiently and generating a profit.
- Set goals for the company in terms of sales volume, product quality, customer satisfaction, employee retention rates, and other measures of success.
- Review sales records to determine how well company’ services are selling and whether changes are needed to increase sales.
- Analyze and report the company’s income and expenses.
- Maintain relationships with client and establish strategies to generate new business projects.
- Support business development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to the team and seniors.
- Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant functional departments to ensure implementation.
- Set sales’ profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed.
- Assist HR Officer in hiring of the employees depending on business needs, implementing policies and procedures, and conducting performance reviews.
- Oversee all aspects of transaction life cycle: client sourcing, marketing, due diligence, negotiation, documentation and closing.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure that it runs smoothly
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: 63.10 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $94.65 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
