Salary: $29.30 per hour for 35 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including transactions, purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements to internal records to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external use.
- Calculating employee wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring timely payroll processing.
- Preparing regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial record-keeping.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for financial improvement.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
- Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in bookkeeping, finance, or accounting.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards is important for ensuring compliance.
- Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) is often required.
- Good English communication is necessary for working with clients or colleagues.
