Wage Rate: $27.00 per hour.
Eligibility:
• Completion of Secondary School is required; College Diploma in related field is an asset.
• Minimum 7 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position
Language: English
Job Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations at the office.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees work and following up on work results.
- Implement new office procedures, plan of action and policies.
- Form relationships with vendors providing office services and supplies.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints and problems whenever required.
- Resolve work related problems and prepare submission reports.
- Help in formulating the operational budget and perform periodic checks on inventory.
- Order office supplies and maintain office equipment.
- Provide administrative support to the staff when required such as data entry, arranging couriers, printing/photocopying, and so on.
- Accomplish non-routine duties as assigned.
