Salary: $50.25 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and drive the defined sales team to achieve above average sustainable profitable growth and protect existing business by effectively leveraging our Core Competencies
- Develop long-term sales strategies to improve market penetration and ensure future growth identifying and prioritizing growing Markets/Brands/Customers and Categories
- Will manage existing clients and build strategies to grow business
- Responsible to grow the existing B2B and B2C market and develop new markets & business opportunities
- Work with organization team and leaders to have overall strategy and objective aligned
- Initiate and support team projects and operation enhancements to pursue a long-term business growth
- Conducting sales forecasting and budgeting, analyzing market trends, and identifying areas for growth. Developing sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, strategy & planning, operations, customer experience, finance, legal and division sales teams to build tactical product and promotion plans
- Building and develop Voltas partners to communicate promotions and deploy marketing materials
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, or another related field.
- Significant experience of 5 years or more in sales management is essential.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and senior management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are critical.
