Job Description

Location: Mississauga, ON L5C 1Y5

Salary: $64.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
  • Will be responsible for growth and expansion of the company, designing policies and customized plans for corporate clients
  •  Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  •  Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
  •  Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
  •  Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  •  Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, corporate clients for bringing in new business.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field.
  •  Demonstrated success for five or more years in an operations management role is preferred
  •  Strong budgeting skills and experience in oversight.
  •  Proficient in delegation while maintaining control over branch operations and customer service.
  •  Aptitude in conflict management and business negotiation.
  •  Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  •  Experience budgeting and forecasting
  •  Familiarity with business and financial principles
