Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

  • Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Maintain office when needed.
  • Assist with training development for new employees
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out reminders
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Supervise office staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Supervise purchase orders' timeline.
