Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Eligibility Requirements:
- A high school graduation certificate or equivalent is the minimum educational qualification.
- Proven experience of 1 to less than 7 months as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
