Pho Dau Bo Brampton is a local restaurant located in Brampton provide authentic and traditional Vietnamese dishes including signature pho, savory banh mi sandwiches, fresh spring rolls, and flavorful rice plates. Our menu is using the freshest ingredients and authentic recipes. We have served the local community for almost 20 years.

Job Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of Vietnamese fusion dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Ensure that food is cooked and presented in an appealing and consistent manner.
• Monitor food quality and taste to maintain high standards of flavor and appearance.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the chef and management team to develop new menu items and specials.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
