Job Duties:
1. Greeting customers warmly and providing prompt and friendly service to customers at counters.
2. Efficiently take customers' orders, accurately recording their preferences and ensuring all special requests are accommodated.
3. Preparing and crafting delicious bubble tea beverages according to our signature recipes and standards; Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter area and beverage preparation stations and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold the Tiger Sugar brand experience.
4. Ensure all tables, trays, and chairs are promptly cleared and cleaned after each customer's use, maintaining a tidy and inviting dining area.
5. Operating cash registers and handling transactions with precision and efficiency.
6. Keep accurate records of food usage to assist in inventory management and ensure sufficient stock levels for uninterrupted service.
7. Skillfully package take-out orders with care and attention to detail, ensuring orders are accurately assembled and presented to customers in pristine condition.
8. Safely operate manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, adhering to established safety protocols and hygiene standards.
9. Thoroughly clean and sanitize the kitchen area, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a hygienic environment; Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors regularly to ensure a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
10. Properly dispose of kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the workspace.
11. Receive, unpack, and store incoming supplies in designated storage areas such as refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards, ensuring proper organization and rotation of inventory.
12. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as required, following food safety guidelines and procedures to maintain freshness and quality.
Qualifications:
1. Completion of High School.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is an asset.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and quality.
4. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
