Location: Hamilton, ON L8W 3P7/ Remote work available

Salary: $52.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data sets to provide data-driven solutions for business decisions
• Using predictive modeling to optimize revenue growth, marketing campaigns, and customer experiences
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
• Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

 Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, management or relevant field; is preferred
• Minimum experience of 2-3 years is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
• Proficiency in programming languages and data manipulation tools
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms
• Working experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
