We will provide:
- Minimum of 35 hours/ week throughout your employment period
- Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
- Pay ranging within $25 - $26.5 per hour
Duties
- Updating of office records and databases that contain personnel, financial, and office data. Processing receipts and purchase orders.
- Ensuring smooth flow of information within the various departments (Sales, Supplied and Marketing) to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities.
- Overseeing the restaurant supplies and services, including restocking and purchasing ingredients, equipment and food supplied as required by the team.
- Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings with customers, and vendors
- Manage the restaurant payments within approved expense limits and make sure that they are made within reasonable time to ensure business continuity (food supplies, cleaning services, utility bills (power, water, Wi-Fi, security etc.)
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding the pricing policy for parties, events etc.
- Makes recommendations regarding office administration procedures; suggest and help implement changes.
- Create and track attendance records of the restaurant staff and submit reports to the manager.
- Manage internal staff relations and maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
Requirements
- Minimum high school
- Minimum six months of work experience in a similar role
- Ability to legally work in Canada
