We are currently searching for an experienced Operations Supervisor. This position is critical to the daily operations of our business. The major responsibilities of this position include:

 

  • Recruiting employees to provide great customer service 
  • Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health
  • Motivate and supervise employees
  • Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative
  • Feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
  • Developing strategies to improve departmental performance
  • Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
  • Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and reports

You will be required to train staff.

 

Ability to Supervise

5-10 people

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Previous work experience with supervision
  • Completion of a College in Business Administration
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great English communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and delegate
  • Ability to use Software
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

 

Terms of employment:

Permanent Full time with 40 hours per week

 

Hours of work:

From Monday to Friday

From 9 am to 6 pm

 

Salary:

From $ 31.73 to $ 34.00 per hour

 

Location of work:

400 King Street East, Toronto, ON, M5A 1L4

 

Language of work:

English
