Renovation Carpenter/Drywall with experience within the property restoration industry.

Full time,  3-5 years’ experience.  $42.00 p/h – 30/44 hours p/w, six days p/w. must be  available for emergency calls.  Responsibilities Include:

● Operation of hand and power tools, to include (but not limited to) temporary generators, ladders, table saws, routers and sanding equipment  ● Erect and disassemble scaffolding

● Assist  with demolition and debris disposal ● Experienced in preparing material take-offs and reading blueprints ● Set up and take down of poly containment and drop sheets to accommodate work  ● Experienced in installation of insulation materials and vapour barrier

● Advanced experience in wood and steel stud framing application  ● Advanced experience in finish carpentry skills including • Removal of drywall and other non-hazardous building materials within property damage scenarios (fire damage, water damage, etc.) • Manipulation of content, when necessary.•Handle repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.• Delivery of exceptional customer service • Ability to work after hours.
