Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales performance and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

• Supervise staff
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Sell merchandise
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
• Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
• Organize warehouse and work areas

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Preferably with 1-2 years experience in furniture retail sales industry
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics.
• Experience with POS transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and energetic personality with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve complaints promptly.
• Flexible availability for various shifts.
