JOB OPPORTUNITY- MECHANIC HELPER, HEAVY EQUIPMENT

Terms of employment:  Full-time permanent

Period of employment:  Permanent

Wage:  $23 per hour for 30 to 40 hours/week

Job Duties/specific skills/responsibilities:

  • Move tools, equipment and other materials
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities
  • Assist in operation, repair and maintenance
  • Installing machinery and equipment
  • Repair and maintain equipment
  • Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed

Additional Skills

Order supplies and equipment; Organize and maintain inventory

Job Requirements:

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma.

1 year to less than 2 years
