Salary: $24.00 to 27.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Responsibilities
- Use various types of hand and power tools like orbital sanders, belt sanders, and hand sanders, brushes and spray guns to prepare a smooth surface.
- Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Install and operate sanding machines, edgers, hand and power tools to prepare surfaces for finishing.
- Read blueprints, drawings, sketches and other specifications to understand the surface requirement.
- Apply stains, sealants and finishes according to customers’ desire.
- Conduct thorough inspections of flooring to identify imperfections, repairs and other issues before the finishing process.
- Prepare surfaces for filling gaps, repairing imperfections and sanding to smooth surface.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a well organize work environment.
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
