Responsibilities
Tasks
- Prepare dough for bread, pizza, sandwiches, and European Pastries according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed doughs and batters.
- Ensure the quality of products and meet the expectations of the customers.
- Keep records of the production schedule to determine the type and quantity of goods to produce.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Schedule staff, inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Draw up production schedules
- Organize and maintain inventory, purchase baking supplies.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
- Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
