Job Title: Construction Helper (TEER -75110)

Wage Rate: $23.50 - $24.50 per hour; 40 hours per week.

Benefits: Relocation Expenses & Medical Insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.

Location of employment: Suite 81, 5888 144 Street, Surrey, British Columbia, V3X 0G8

(The candidate will be expected to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley as per work demand)

• Education: Not required
• Experience: Not required, On Job training will be provided
• Language: Not Required (as it’s a entry level - Labour Position)

Job Duties:

• Load or unload construction materials, tools and equipment
• Operate and take care of construction equipment, machines and power tools.
• Help drywall installers, carpenters, tapers and rest of the construction team when necessary.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning site, prepare and mix materials such as concrete etc.
• Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed and required.
• Clean sites after construction.
• Assist team in the installation of windows, doors, and drywall.
• Put together/ take apart scaffolding and ladders to reach height.

Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
