Responsibilities
Tasks
Coordinate and monitor logistics of the movement of parts, supplies and materials and ensure that supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule
Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
Perform routine clerical duties
Prepare and submit reports
Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Prepare and process import and export documents and other forms on behalf of clients, including prepare and process all customs documents for International & U.S. shipments.
