Responsibilities:
- Co- ordinate, assign and review work
- Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies
- Resolve work related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
- Co - ordinate activities with other departments
- Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
- Perform same duties as supervised
Education:
College/CEGEP or other non university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
Language:
English - Required
Hindi - Preferred
Computer Knowledge:
MS Office
