The CEO at Enliven Brandworks Design Inc, a creative agency specializing in branding and digital experiences, will strategically plan, organize, direct, and control the company operations, meticulously evaluating performance and effectiveness. This position will delegate responsibilities through middle managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational objectives.

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the CEO at Enliven Brandworks Design Inc. will include but are not limited to:
- Establish clear objectives for the company and develop or endorse policies and programs in line with these objectives.
- Authorize and oversee the establishment of major departments and key senior staff positions.
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, implementing financial and administrative controls as needed.
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing the company's brand and market presence.
- Oversee overall personnel planning and participate in the selection of middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.
- Coordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments within the company to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary representative of the company in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing or other discipline related to the service provided is required.
- 3-5 years of experience as a middle manager in financial, communications, marketing, or other related business services are required.
