Job Responsibilities
- Planning and directing day to day operations of the store
- Over seeing Labour and food waste goals
- Organizing the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service and make sure every customer and store problems are taken care of.
- Maintaining inventory of ingredients and supplies required for store operations.
- Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage during scheduled shifts.
- Responsible for training new employees and ensuring all corporate standards are achieved.
- attending weekly meetings with the management team.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food for customers
- and party functions
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness of facility and equipment as required
- Maintain Service goals and train others to obtain such goals.
- Responsible for managing cash and balancing cash and purchases each shift.
- On job Training
- Proven 2 - 3 years of experience
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- Proficient in all store organization duties, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and health safety norms
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Language: English
Salary: CAD$ 17.50/hour.
