Job Title: Financial Analyst (Permanent full-time position)
Education:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with finance major or specialization or equivalent experience
- Master of Management or Master of Business Administration an asset
Work Experience:
- Work experience in a Real Estate Developer or Property Development company an asset;
- Must provide reference attesting at least 1 year of experience in: collecting and analyzing financial information and providing financial and investment or financing advice to a corporation

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive financial risk assessments, prepare forecasts, financing scenarios, and reports to evaluate project profitability and cost-effectiveness, aligning insights with company’s objectives;
- Monitor and optimize project resources to ensure efficient cash flow management, assessing financial performance metrics for both short- and long-term goals;
- Analyze investment projects, providing strategic recommendations for decision-making;
- Advising on and participating in the financial aspects of contracts, tender processes, and project budgets to align with company’s goals;
- Develop, implement, and utilize tools for managing and analyzing financial portfolios, including meticulous recording and categorization of financial transactions to ensure data accuracy;
- Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets, optimizing budget allocations to enhance overall project financial performance and identifying/implementing cost-saving opportunities to contribute to the financial success of different projects;
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing financial systems and tools, including QBO and Excel, to optimize workflows and facilitate data interpretation. Utilizing technological resources for enhanced financial navigation and analysis.
Remuneration: $38.50 / hour (normal working hours of 30 hours per week)
