Khera Transport Inc. is looking for a Full Time Administrative Assistant who can perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of company.
Duties Includes:
* Performs general clerical office duties which include,but not limited to filling, data entry, photo copying and scanning of documents.
* Keep Track of and compiling data on company's vehicles, gas cards, and equipment.
* Maintain drivers files
* Keep record of drivers log books
* Keep record of maintenance as well as the registration and safety documents of all vehicles
* May supervise and train office staff in procedure and use of company's software
* Receives and carry out instructions
* Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
* Answer electronic enquiries
*Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Educational Qualification: High School
Knowledge and Skills required:
* Knowledge of office administration.
* Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and
confidentiality concerning all information about
company
* Effective verbal and listening communication
skills
* Excellent in typing
* Capable of operating various office equipment
like fax machines, scanner, telephone, printer
and photocopier
* Ability to work independently and as a team
* Demonstrate attention to detail
* Very effective organizational skills
