Salary: $64.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing company targets and defining the overall sales strategy for the organization.
- They are responsible for setting overall strategic direction, formulating policies, and managing resources.
- They coordinate activities across different departments or divisions within the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This may involve collaborating with teams in marketing, operations, finance, and other areas
- Creating comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve the set targets, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Leading and supervising the sales team, including hiring and training senior sales personnel, assigning territories, setting sales quotas, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Review financial statements and budgets to determine whether the company is operating efficiently and generating a profit
- Set goals for the company in terms of sales volume, product quality, customer satisfaction, employee retention rates, and other measures of success
- Establish an organization wide culture of accountability focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and phenomenal business results.
- Provide the overall vision and strategy to the greater team and develop a high performing team of engaged, and motivated employees and a spirit of interdependent, cross functional collaboration.
- Set sales’ profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed.
- Develop and manage operating budgets envisioning the forecast
- Monthly financial analysis and includes determining overall success of current customer profiles
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Significant experience in sales management and leadership roles is typically required, ranging from 5 years or more.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are critical. Proven experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, providing mentorship and guidance, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture is important.
- A strong understanding of the industry, including its technologies, products, trends, and competitive landscape, is essential., and can be advantageous.
