Job Description

Location: Brampton, ON L6W 0B6

Salary: $87.25 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing business strategies that promote collaboration and a positive culture
  • Executing the company’s operations strategy and leading change initiatives;
  • Defining and implementing processes and procedures to support the ideal client experience and consistent delivery of quality services;
  • Leading and collaborating with management to establish and execute a budget, developing dashboards for monitoring key metrics and financial results, analyzing results and reviewing metrics;
  • Develop and direct teams to implement marketing strategies to align with company and organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Establish and assist marketing teams to implement plans that increase brand awareness, drive demand, and generate leads for our services.
  • Drive the company's financial planning and manage resources to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market plans, and plan execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, growth, and process improvements in respect of services, HR and financials.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required for the role.
  • Minimum 5 or more years of experience in similar role is required.
  • Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility
  • Should be organized, reliable and team player.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Office is preferred.
  • Understanding financial statements, budgeting, and cost management is essential for effective financial oversight.
  • Proven ability to address complex challenges and make strategic decisions to drive the company's success.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills for building and maintaining client relationships, industry/corporate partnerships, and a strong professional network.
