Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (Ontario) (Permanent full-time position)
Education: Minimum of any college diploma of a 3-years program or equivalent experience
Work Experience:
- Work experience relating to material provider or system projects in construction/building an asset;
- Must provide reference attesting at least 10 years of experience in: Senior manager in overseeing day-to-day administration and operations of a company.

- 1775 Sismet Road, Unit 2, Mississauga, ON, L4W 1P9
Duties:
- Report to the CEO the operation of the assigned region of Ontario;
- In charge of the operation in Ontario;
- Formulate development strategy of our operation in the assigned region of Ontario;
- Implement company’s business development plan;
- Create and maintain budgets;
- Communicate with parent company and overseas product manufacturers;
- Implement hiring and training program;
- Negotiating and signing of important contracts, agreements on behalf of the Ontario operation;
- Represent the company to attend business events, trade shows and conferences;
- Organize and manage the daily operation;
- Ensure company compliance on all the rules, regulations and law of the local government and relevant agencies;
- Report to the management of our Parent Company and the CEO in Canada on financial performance & budgeting of the assigned region of Ontario.
Remuneration: Annual salary of $98,500 (paid monthly, normal working hours of 30 hours per week)
