Title of the Position: Sales Manager
NOC: 60010 - Corporate Sales Managers

Type of Employment: Permanent and Full-time (35 hours per week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $50 CAD/hour (Annual wage $91,000 CAD)

Main Job Duties:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in North America.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organize sale operations including business analysis, contract negotiation, client relationship maintenance
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical team to deliver customized solutions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve team performance.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• A university degree in business, management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven experience in online performance marketing or digital advertising is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good English communication skills
• Multilingual capabilities, including proficiency in Mandarin, are a strong asset
