College, CEGEP or other non-university certifi cate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fi xed assets and depreciation
- Keep fi nancial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and fi nancial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, fi nancial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Keep- financial records & establish, maintain & balance various accounts using manual & computerized bookkeeping systems
- Calculate & prepare cheques for payrolls & for utility, tax others, complete & submit tax remittance forms, worker's compensation forms, pension contribution, prepare tax returns, other statistical, financial & accounting reports and more
- Prepare trial balance of books
