Job Description

Location: Fort Erie, ON L2A 1P1

Salary: $48.25 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, operate and scale our business operations.
  • Hiring and training of sales and marketing team.
  • Establishing sales targets and defining the overall sales strategy for the organization.
  • Creating comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve the set targets, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Leading and supervising the sales team, including hiring and training sales personnel, assigning territories, setting sales quotas, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Review financial statements and budgets to determine whether the company is operating efficiently and generating a profit
  • Set goals for the company in terms of sales volume, product quality, customer satisfaction, employee retention rates, and other measures of success
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Creating sales budgets and forecasts, and tracking progress against targets.
  • Providing training and coaching to sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Working closely with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies and achieve common goals.
  • Preparing regular sales reports and presentations for the senior management team.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is required.
  • Extensive experience of 5 years or more in sales management and leadership roles is crucial.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • The budgetary responsibility falls between $100,001 - $500,000.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is required to demonstrate computer skills in technology.
  • Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate sales teams, set targets, and foster a positive work environment.
  • The ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
