Job Responsibilities:
- Build, operate and scale our business operations.
- Hiring and training of sales and marketing team.
- Establishing sales targets and defining the overall sales strategy for the organization.
- Creating comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve the set targets, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Leading and supervising the sales team, including hiring and training sales personnel, assigning territories, setting sales quotas, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Review financial statements and budgets to determine whether the company is operating efficiently and generating a profit
- Set goals for the company in terms of sales volume, product quality, customer satisfaction, employee retention rates, and other measures of success
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Creating sales budgets and forecasts, and tracking progress against targets.
- Providing training and coaching to sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Working closely with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Preparing regular sales reports and presentations for the senior management team.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is required.
- Extensive experience of 5 years or more in sales management and leadership roles is crucial.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- The budgetary responsibility falls between $100,001 - $500,000.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is required to demonstrate computer skills in technology.
- Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate sales teams, set targets, and foster a positive work environment.
- The ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
