Job Description

Cambridge Immigration Solutions Inc. is looking to hire two full-time permanent Office clerks to join its team.

Job Location: 421 7th Avenue S.W., 30th Floor Calgary, AB T2P 4K9

 

Job Details:

Vacancies: 2

Terms of employment - Permanent (Full time)

Start date: As Soon as Possible

Wage: $25.50 per hour for 40 hours per week

 

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary school

Experience: Experience an asset

 

Job Duties:

  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
  • Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Provide customer service
  • File material in storage area
  • Label, file and retrieve documents
  • Locate and remove files requested
  • Organize and schedule office work
  • Store, update and retrieve financial data
