AvranceCorp Developments is a leading Real Estate Developer operating across Toronto and the GTA area since 2016.
We are seeking to hire a light duty cleaner who will be primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our office.

Duties:
Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
Stock and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
Empty trash containers and dispose of waste.
Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in all facilities and common areas.
Perform additional cleaning tasks as required in a commercial setting.

Qualifications:
Education Required: No formal requirements.
Experience: Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is an asset.
Comfortable working with various cleaning materials, such as disinfectants.
Ability to handle a physically demanding job.
English is required to perform well at the job

Terms of employment:

30 hours per week, permanent, full-time position, with overtime as needed (part-time will be considered).
Compensation includes a wage of $34.07 per hour and 10 calendar days of paid vacation per year
