Position: Associate Director – Sales & Client Relationship

Salary: $80,000.00 annual salary; wage rate:  approximately Wage Rate:38.47 per hour for 40 Hours Per week

Benefits: bonus contingent upon performance.

Job Duties:

The Associate Director – Sales & Client Relationship in this role will be responsible for overseeing and driving strategic client relationships, primarily focusing on expanding and maintaining a customer base across Canada and the United States. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong experience in managing cross-functional teams across global regions, ensuring optimal performance, and driving revenue growth. This senior-level position will involve close coordination with delivery teams across Brazil, India, and the Philippines, ensuring the execution of customer deliverables while fostering long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish organizational objectives and approve policies and programs.

- Authorize the creation of key departments and senior staff positions.

- Allocate resources (material, human, financial) to implement policies and establish financial controls.

- Approve promotional campaigns and oversee personnel planning.

- Select and hire middle managers, directors, and executive staff.

- Coordinate operations across regions, divisions, or departments.

- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions or delegate representatives.

Skills Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience is required.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that optimize business performance.
  • Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience hiring and mentoring senior executive teams.
