Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Data Entry Specialist at RKI Instruments, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting customer information and data into our systems. You will work closely with our customer service representatives and other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of all customer inquiries, orders, and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately input and update customer information and orders into our database

- Ensure all data entry is completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Work closely with customer service representatives to address any data discrepancies or issues

- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers regarding their orders and inquiries

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all data entered

- Keep customer information and data confidential at all times

- Collaborate with other team members to continually improve processes and systems

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience in data entry and customer service is preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Familiarity with gas detection or related industries is a plus
