Salary: $45.25 per hour for 35 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures
- Ability to work with internal teams (Product Management) external customers in order to define and document the User requirements that need to be delivered as part of a development project
- Manage the change of all requirements throughout SDLC via the projects change control process
- Works with operations/business leaders to define the business model or case behind a strategy
- Case includes analysis for the definition of the problem, expected outcomes, cost/benefit analysis, FTE analysis for implementation and maintenance, and roll out strategy
- The role will also assist in completion of routine & complex work requests associated with the process, the development, implementation, and maintenance of policy, procedures, and performance standards
- Work closely with Business Primes, Product Owners, stakeholders, to identify, clarify, gather and document requirements
- Develop and manage new tools for measuring and understanding the success of business activities
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware
- Provide technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle, including creating Business Requirements and Functional Requirements documents, and working with the development team to facilitate the Build effort.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is often preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems, software development, databases, and relevant technologies is essential. Knowledge of programming languages, system analysis, and software testing methodologies is often required.
- Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in business analysis, system design, software development, or a related field is typically required.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are important for effectively collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- The ability to analyze business processes, identify system requirements, and propose innovative solutions is crucial. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are valuable in this role.
