Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage budgets related to sales activities, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic goals.
  • Streamline sales processes and operational efficiency to enhance productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets for the team and individuals.
  • Set goals for the company in terms of sales volume, product quality, customer satisfaction, employee retention rates, and other measures of success
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Recruit, build, and lead the sales team. This includes hiring, onboarding, setting targets, and motivating the team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Developing and executing a strategic vision for the company, setting long-term goals, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Set sales’ profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed.
  • Develop and manage operating budgets envisioning the forecast
  • Monthly financial analysis and includes determining overall success of current customer profiles
  • The manager will regularly evaluate organizational efficiency and will make necessary changes to maximize staff productivity
  • Establish performance metrics and regularly assess the sales team's performance. 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
  • Extensive experience of 5 years or more in leadership and management positions, such as Sales Manager is essential.
  • The Budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001-$1,500,000.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are crucial. This includes the ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a sales team effectively.
  • A strong understanding of sales metrics and be capable of developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, both for internal team management and for interacting with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. 

Location: Oakville, ON, L6H 7S8

Salary: $63.50 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment
