Salary: $64.15 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Providing guidance, direction, and motivation to the sales team, ensuring they are focused and aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage a team of business development professionals and sales staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and targets.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Developing and executing the organization's strategic vision, long-term sales goals, and business sales plans.
- Recruit, hire, monitor, train and coach sales representatives and performance management and developing training programs.
- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
- Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback
- Plan and assign daily workload to sales team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in sales management or related.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
- A strong understanding of the industry in which the company operates, including market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Previous experience in leading and managing sales teams, demonstrating the ability to drive results through others.
- Capable of supervising 5-10 people
- Well versed with MS Office & MS Access
- Competent in taking $500,001 - $1,500,000 budgetary responsibility
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
